1. Parties and scope
These Terms govern access to and use of callair.ai and any general information or content made available through it. Engagements for CALLAIR services are governed by a separate written services agreement executed between CALLAIR SASU and the client. In the event of conflict, the services agreement prevails.
2. Use of the website
Permitted use
You may consult the site for lawful informational purposes and to contact CALLAIR.
Prohibited use
You may not reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site to transmit unlawful or harmful content.
Account and submission
Information you submit must be accurate. You are responsible for the content of any submission you make.
3. Intellectual property
The site, its content, design, code and the CALLAIR trademarks are the property of CALLAIR SASU or its licensors. No license is granted other than the limited right to view the site for the purposes described above.
4. No warranty / limitation of liability
The site is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CALLAIR SASU disclaims all implied warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use of the site. Mandatory consumer protections under French law apply where relevant.
5. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. The courts of Paris, France shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable to your country of residence.
