4. Retention
Inquiry data is retained for up to 36 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymized. Contractual data is retained for the duration of the engagement and the legally required record-keeping period (typically up to 10 years for accounting evidence under French law). Security logs are retained for up to 12 months.
5. Recipients and sub-processors
Personal data is processed by CALLAIR personnel on a need-to-know basis and by a limited set of sub-processors providing hosting, database, email and analytics infrastructure under written data processing agreements. 6. International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, CALLAIR relies on European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses, complemented by supplementary technical and organizational measures as required.

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion (subject to legal retention obligations).

You may restrict or object to specific processing, including profiling and marketing.
