2. Personal data we collect

  • Contact and inquiry data

    Information you provide through our forms — including name, work email, role, company, country and the details of your inquiry.

  • Technical data

    Limited technical information collected automatically when you visit the site (IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed) used for security, analytics and abuse prevention.

  • Cookies and similar technologies

    Strictly necessary cookies for the operation of the site, and — only with your consent — analytics or functional cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to your inquiry

    Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in operating our business (Art. 6(1)(f)).

  • Service delivery

    Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) when we are engaged to deliver services.

  • Security, fraud and abuse prevention

    Legal basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) in keeping the service available and secure.

  • Legal and regulatory obligations

    Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — including accounting, tax and statutory record-keeping.

  • Marketing communications

    Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), withdrawable at any time.

4. Retention

Inquiry data is retained for up to 36 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymized. Contractual data is retained for the duration of the engagement and the legally required record-keeping period (typically up to 10 years for accounting evidence under French law). Security logs are retained for up to 12 months.

5. Recipients and sub-processors

Personal data is processed by CALLAIR personnel on a need-to-know basis and by a limited set of sub-processors providing hosting, database, email and analytics infrastructure under written data processing agreements. A current sub-processor list is available on request to privacy@callair.ai and is summarized on our GDPR & Data Processing page.

6. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, CALLAIR relies on European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses, complemented by supplementary technical and organizational measures as required.

7. Your rights

  • Access, rectification, erasure

    You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion (subject to legal retention obligations).

  • Restriction and objection

    You may restrict or object to specific processing, including profiling and marketing.

  • Portability

    You may receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format where applicable.

  • Withdraw consent

    Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

  • Lodge a complaint

    You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr) or the supervisory authority of your residence.
